Slow cooked baby squid with garlic, chilli, peas, tomato sauce and wine served with crostini bread,
Risotto with clams, olive oil, parsley, garlic, and white wine.
Primo piatto (middle pasta course)
Cannelloni with ricotta cheese, spinach, served in a white wine cream and radicchio sauce.
Secondi piatti (main course)
Cod loin with onions, pine nuts, garlic, raisins, cherry tomato and white wine sauce.
Veal escallops with Parma ham, mozzarella cheese, parmesan, coated in breadcrumbs served in a white wine and lemon sauce.
